Forty-five years after its founding, OHL, Germany's most provocative and now longest-serving punk band (without interruption), is fulfilling a longcherished dream: the band has been invited to the Land of the Rising Sun for eight concerts. The band named its very first album ‘Heimatfront’ (‘home front’), thereby writing German punk history. So what could be more fitting than to call the tour ‘Der Japanfeldzug’ (‘The Japanese Campaign’) in the best OHL tradition? A live recording was made of the sweat-inducing performance in Tokyo, which is now being released exclusively on vinyl as a collector's edition. 16 tracks, raw, uncompromising, and authentic, just as you would expect from OHL and their singer Deutsche W. The Japan Edition is limited to 200 copies on white vinyl with a red label and comes with a personal tour diary and photo collage insert. For fans of classic black vinyl, there are also 100 copies available, which are likely to sell out quickly!
