With roots deep in the 90s Swedish Death-Metal scene, Nightbearer took the next step and gave the songs more melodies and aggression while retaining all the trademarks of their critically acclaimed EP 'Stories From Beyond' , for example the catchy refrains, giving each song its own character as well as the lyrics, that range in the realm of fantasy and horror, heavily influenced by writers such as J.R.R. Tolkien, G.R.R. Martin or Stephen King. Tonewise the songs feature a brutal chainsaw sound made famous around Stockholm and loved by the whole world. The entire production from recording to mastering was done in Dome's own Hellmouth Studios to retain the most possible control over everything. Sound and lyrics are brought to life with the stunning artwork by Juanjo Castellano Rosado.
